Monday (6pm) - Welcome Dinner

  • The conference will begin with a welcome dinner and a message from Jack Smart

Tuesday - Teen Challenge Overview

  • Training topics: History, crisis management, accreditation, IT, Personal Growth and Development and more.
  • Evening: Food, fellowship, and games. Best team wins a prize.

Wednesday - Program Administration

  • Training topics: Program structure, discipleship, discipline, work experience, outreach and staff training.
  • Evening: Dinner on your own at a local restaurant

Thursday - Administration

  • Training topics: Human resources, fiscal management, board governance, subsidies
  • Afternoon break: Tour of AG Headquarters, tour of the Teen Challenge national office
  • Evening: Dinner at Lamberts (Travel Channel’s #1 place to pig out in America!) AND a Branson show. Transportation provided. Your only cost will be the meal.

Friday - Fundraising

  • Training topics: Fundraising basics, donor relations, events, social enterprise and more.
  • Evening: “Commissioning” dinner.

Registration Information

If you are a new Executive Director, Program Director or Center Director, then registration is free. Registration is also free for directors of new start-up centers that have been approved by the national office. Director spouses can register for a fee of $25.

The registration fee for all others (and their spouses) wishing to attend is $235.
